Should be able to type the time into the Clock picker in Admin editing

In the current Admin interface, time selection (e.g., for logging job start/end times is limited to a click-based UI, where users must increment or decrement the time in fixed 15-minute steps using the graphical clock picker.

This input method is inefficient for high-frequency admin users, particularly when dealing with back-to-back adjustments that requires precise time logging.

Please consider adding direct manual text input, in addition to the existing click-based control. This would significant improve usability, reduce strain, and increase input speed for high-volume users.
