The current Email process is a bit problematic and does not yield the best results when dealing with active communications. There are certain areas that need increased speed improvements when trying to get the details and updates into users hands.
Can we please try improve and enhance the following communications for the following areas in Access Maintain:
In house team: Priority - Critical
Notifications for orders raised and assigned (Manual assignment and auto assignment)
Notes from User to In house engineer
Notes from In house engineer to User
Call outs: Priority - High
Notes from contractor for Call outs sent to user who placed call out.
Notes from contractor for Call outs sent to, to selected roles, who are attached to call out for their assigned sites.
Orders: Priority - Med
Notes from contractor on active quoted works to user who placed Quote
Notes from contractor on active quoted works, to selected roles, who are attached to Quotes for their assigned sites.
Notes to contractors engineer, once job is assigned when added by on site user.
There is also a bit of challenge with Help desk notifications not reaching the right people. It would be helpful to have more enhanced comms functions specifically to Users with access to this area and possibly more options in what they want to get as it occurs.
