Rate Contractor Visits with a Job Specific Survey (1–10 Scale)

The ability to score contractor visits using a simple 1–10 rating system similar to an NPS score, but focused on the success of each job. The current feedback options are too limited and don’t help identify areas for improvement. A more detailed survey would give us clearer insights and drive better service quality.
