Place un used quotes on hold

I would like to be able to place unused quotes on hold so they can be used in the future and to keep a record of all remedials required on each site.

Sometimes these are not required to be completed straight away but will need to be readdressed in the future.

There is no way currently to place these on hold unless they are authorised.
