Currently, PMV – Standing Order jobs do not generate proactive notifications to contractors. While these jobs are automatically processed and do not require contractor interaction to complete, contractors are often unaware that new standing orders have been issued.
As a result, contractors must manually check the “All Approved” orders list to identify them, as no purchase order or alert is sent directly to them.

Introduce automated contractor notifications for PMV – Standing Orders when they are issued/ approved, for example:
