Supplier groups - when a new trading relationship is created the customer (full system and SM managed) should be notified and pushed to add the new supplier to their existing supplier groups

Customers create and then forgot to update supplier groups when onboarding new full system and creating self managed suppliers, this causes multiple issues.


1 - reporting is then inaccurate.

2 - roles limited by supplier groups - the users attached can not see the new supplier.
