Currently, Procure Wizard does not support the import of a complete supplier product catalogue. Furthermore, minor changes to product data—such as updates to product descriptions or prices—lead to the removal of the existing product and the creation of a new one. This approach poses challenges for both suppliers and buyers, creating inefficiencies and inconsistencies in product management.
We propose the development of a bulk product upload and update functionality, allowing suppliers to manage their entire product portfolio efficiently. This would rely on a unique identifier or sequence number per product, enabling intelligent recognition of existing products and ensuring accurate updates without duplication.
