Calorie calculation for cooking method in Menu Engineering i.e. fried foods

Due to multiple items on our menu involving frying foods, we do not assign the cost of the oil to the dish cost. However this means that we are not representing the calories that are added to the dish by using this cooking method. Having a functionality within the menu engineering that could estimate oil added to the dish and the calorie impact would help ensure accurate reporting to customers. I've been advised that there are currently separate calculators online for this issue, and so perhaps these could be used as a guide for this function.
