Amend Mandatory Fields in Dish Details

We have had some issues with duplicate PLU numbers on PW meaning dishes are not pulling to EPOS manager. This is due to the fact that no Print Group or Sales Group was selected in Dish Details > Access EPOS Settings when being created. We would like to have the ability to make the Print and Sales Group options mandatory so the team members cannot create a new dish without this, therefore creating a unique PLU each time.
