Remove the default to cheapest supplier

PW currently defaults products in recipes/dishes to the cheapest supplier instead of the supplier the business would like to select. For us this is a problem as sometimes our supplier of choice is not the cheapest and with this default setting we are unable to see true cost and GP. As a multi site business it also requires more communication from us to ensure our teams are ordering from the correct supplier as the default stops them from being able to trust the recipe/dish.
