Nominal Coding

As the system is currently configured you need to put in a nominal code, so in my cases this is XX -XXX- XXXXXX so Property code- Department code - expense code. Continually buyers use the wrong combinations which can go unnoticed until the accounts export stage which is too late for correcting. So the idea been rather than allowing buyers to type in codes that they need to select an option from a Nominal table, the table been something the administrator can manage. Users can be assigned to the codes they can access or cost lines they can charge for that purchase. thus eliminating the wrong combinations coming out in the accounts export.
