Request for Import Function in ‘Recent Price Changes’ – Food & Beverage Supplier Allergen Management

When approving products in ‘Recent Price Changes’ for Food & Beverage suppliers, there is currently an export to CSV option which allows the full list to be downloaded. However, it would be very useful to also have an import function.

This would make it much easier to reject products missing allergen information within large price lists (often over 1 page/100 products). At the moment, products without allergens are marked with a red arrow and must be rejected manually, which is very time-consuming across multiple pages.

For example, I now need to approve Wellocks’ updated prices for 3,412 products (35 pages). Only 6 of these are missing allergen information — I can identify them by exporting the CSV, filtering column Z by “False,” and seeing them in the spreadsheet. However, it is difficult and inefficient to locate those specific products back in the PW ‘Recent Price Changes’ screen.

As I mentioned above, an ‘import’ button would be very helpful to upload the price list after making accept/reject decisions in the CSV file (products with allergens (true) = accept, missing allergens (false) = reject).
