Reduce PIDs for the same Item

There are far too many PIDs for the same item on PW - Onions, Large Onions, Spanish Onions Large, Large Spanish Onions, 10Kg Onions Spanish, the list goes on and on and the product remains the same. When Suppliers go to add an item, the easier option and the promoted option should be to select from a list, especially for food items. Only when an item does not exist should it then be allowed as a new PID
