Why aren’t we allowed to MODIFY the names of our suppliers on the user end?
(they may remain as whatever you like in the system, in the background, on the official documents etc)
I don’t want to see anywhere on our side of PW Doyles Veg Prep Ltd (no user calls them that!!! and no user cares what their official company name is) impractical, there's no need!
We know this company as DVP and that's how it should appear everywhere on our side of PW
In our daily conversations we don’t say "did you place the order for Doyles Veg Prep Limited” !!! to us, it's simply DVP, so why should we see it any differently on PW?
H&D Meats Ltd T/A Robinson Meats (pure clutter and madness:)!) = Robinsons
KDL Kendermar Distributors Ltd (no need for this!) = Kendermar
The ability to be able to change the names of our own suppliers as we know them will clear up a lot of visual clutter and will help users quickly identify what they are looking for
Simplifying the UI as best as you can should be your main drive with this very useful platform in order to make it user-friendly which at the moment is not.
