Admin ability to edit or remove favourites lists from another user.

Currently it is not an option for any user to edit another users favourites lists. There needs to be a feature where a user with admin ability is able to edit or remove the favourites lists of another user. In our instance, an employee has left the business and their account has been deleted but we are unable to delete the many out of date favourites lists that were originally created by them. This creates a cluttered system, possible confusions for our team members and relies on us to communicate and ensure our teams are not using incorrect lists when we should just be able to make it clear on the system.
