Bulk reinstate from bin by PID list

I want to pull multiple items out of the bin within outlets / stores. At the moment I have 6000 products sat in the bin, i want to reinstate around 450 of them. I have PID's for all the items i want to reinstate. If there was a way of importing all PID's i want somewhere and they pull from the bin it'd be quick in comparison to individually pulling items from the bin and waiting for Procure Wizard to load (it is very slow) even a tick box so you can select multiples.

I won't do the work I want to do as it'll be far too time consuming the way it currently is.
