Carry VAT changes through on delivery charges

New platform doesn't remember changes to VAT on delivery charges. Extra work having to make this change manually in EVERY invoice. Delivery charge is set to £X + VAT but no VAT is being added to invoice when the customer places the order in the new platform so supplier is having to manually adjust this. Extra work, slowing down acceptance of EVERY invoice.
