per kg / catch weight in the Single Product Creation page

At present we cannot create/add a product on the Single Product Creation page that allow it to be sold per kg / catch weight.
Apparently it can be done through the Batch Creation route but this isn't always practical due to the skill levels of some of the staff adding single SKUs
A catch weight box on the Single page would be great
