Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
When using MP scan, the Search process askes you to enter a PO number in the system for matching purposes. You then select the PO to match against which then populates site details, Mini market, Department and more. The process then repeats the entry of the same PO number. This is a duplicate process that leads to potential issues in the long term with customers Adhoc orders. Additionally as this field is Mandatory there is no way around not having to enter this number.
As Customer does not create any PO outside of PW, they would like the PO number to either be automatically populated based on the PO number select in search process or have this field disabled in the check.
Additionally the check also asks to re-enter the value of the PO. If this could be auto populated based on the PO to start but allow customer to update if there is a difference then this would help speed up the overall process.
