Stock manager access: expand to hide items (eye icon)

Request from Avolta International: Stock manager needs to be able to hide items, not only make them unavailable. This would require new user permissions/user role for stock management.

    Addition: currently it is possible to mark out of stock as stock manager access level, but this doesn’t allow to hide, even though hiding the item would actually remove it, whereas marking the stock out (indefinitely, today etc.) actually shows the guest that it is out of stock, which we would never want to do (better to just hide so guest isn’t disappointed).
