Kiosk Suggestive Selling on basket level

Currently it is possible to add suggestive selling when an item gets added to the basket. We would like to suggest that suggestive selling is also added in basket, preferably based on basket analysis (products in basket and sales mix data). Otherwise an x amount of products that can be offered at all times.

Our specific use case would be a bottle of water. We always want to offer it, but dont want to add it as a separate suggestion to each individual menu item.
