Allowing employee pronouns to be recorded on user profiles, as well as allowing users to update this via the mobile app, along with their preferred name.

    Great news! You can now capture and display employee pronouns throughout Rotaready. Employees can optionally provide their pronouns during self-onboarding, and update them at any time via the mobile app. Pronouns will be visible on employee profiles, making it easier than ever to create a more inclusive workplace.
