Make absence type reasons visible in the app.

We currently use the "reasons" section in the sickness absence type so that when employee's mark themselves as sick, they enter the reason for sickness. This means our payroll team can export the sickness data with reasons straight from RotaReady to our HR/Payroll system in bulk saving hours of time a month. However, the reasons section is only available on the web browser version of RotaReady, and not the app. This means that we are receiving sickness absences without reasons. It would be really beneficial if the reasons were added to the app as well.
