Add a fixed term end date field to Employment tab

The majority of our employees are seasonal, usually working between March - October/November. It would be really beneficial if there was a fixed term contract end date field on the "Employment" tab. I know that you could end the employment in advance, however often our employees contracts are extended or contracts changed throughout the season. This would mean manually reinstating then adding the new end date.

The proposed field wouldn't need to have any special functionality behind it, just a date picker field that could be picked up by the API to automatically bring the end date from our HR/Payroll system would be great. Currently our managers don't have visibility of contract end dates without requests reports from our HR team so it would save time all round by having this field in RotaReady.

    and not allowing employees to book absences beyond this date perhaps?

    it could also use that date to make the holiday allowance more visible as oppose to having to Finalise to see the actual remaining holiday allowance.
