Absence export to only include absence days in period

Currently The Absences Export looks at absence taken in the "dates between" and includes the full length of the absence, even if some of the days fall outside of the date range. This means that if you pulled the date range for a week, but the absence itself was 2 weeks long, then all of the absence dates would be included (because the absence dates fell between the date range you pulled). I would like the report to only show the actual absence days within that period.

    Have you checked out the Absence Days Export? This report gives you a breakdown of individual absence days within a selected period, which sounds like it might be exactly what you're after - especially if you're looking for more granular detail than the full bookings shown in the standard Absence Export.
