Improve Right to work approval process

As I understand the new employee submits onboarding (including RTW photo/document) we then need to go into employee submitted details and accept all the stages which ideally we want to do before the employees first day, we can get up to the RTW section but then cannot tick off "seen in person" until their first shift which means the process has to stop and then carry on a later day. It would be good if there were two sections to checking the RTW. The first as it is - to verify the photo/document is relevant and of good quality and then one at the very end to say seen in person. I am concerned that it is very easy for the managers to get click happy, sign it all off and then forget to check the document on day one. It would be even better if they could be alerted to it being outstanding.

    Hi Sarah, thanks so much for your feedback! I’ll review this request for future updates. In the meantime, one option we can offer is reordering the steps in the self-onboarding flow. For example, we could move the document steps to the end, allowing managers to review all details first and then confirm they’ve seen the documentation as the final step.
