Monthly tronc

Payroll is run every MONTH. Hence it would make sense for payroll teams to enter a singular monthly tronc each month rather than weekly numbers. It may not be perfect in terms of calculation, but our teams are stable and it makes the payroll process much easier and more controllable for the accountant month end checks
