Customers repeatedly highlighted a gap in how Rotaready uses Guestline data to support housekeeping labour planning. While current predictive analytics focus on sales, covers and wage percentages, housekeeping teams plan staffing based on daily arrivals, departures and minutes per room (with different timings for stayovers and check‑outs). Despite the existing Guestline integration pulling arrivals, departures and rooms sold into the rota editor, this data is not translated into actionable labour deployment, forcing managers to manually interpret workload and build multiple templates. Customers want Rotaready to use Guestline data to automatically calculate required housekeeping hours based on minutes‑per‑room logic and surface daily staffing recommendations directly within the rota, reducing manual intervention and making automation genuinely useful for rooms‑led operations.
