Aggregated cost control report - locked 1st column

We’re looking to use RotaReady for labour forecasting and plan to work with a 5‑week rolling forecast. We really like the layout of the Aggregated Cost Control report, as it aligns well with how we want to review performance.
However, when selecting more than one week, the report becomes difficult to analyse because the first column on the left (listing departments) isn’t locked. This means you have to scroll left and right to see the relevant forecast, actuals, and budget figures for a specific department and day.
Would it be possible to freeze the department column so it remains visible while scrolling horizontally? This would make multi‑week analysis significantly easier and more efficient.
Additionally, is there any way for this report to be downloaded or exported? Having an offline version would be very useful for deeper analysis and sharing with stakeholders.
