Absence cost to show in Cost Control

In the Cost Control screen and on hours/wages in Rota view, it would be useful to see the cost impact of holiday absence.
When a site is running at 45%, and are driving to lower operational labour, it would be useful to know that 15%/£x is unavoidable due to holiday costs.

This cost is only currently visible in a Labour breakdown report, which is then exported to Excel, then filtered by pay type and autosummed - not helpful for on-the-fly when looking at rotas.
