Future-dated employee details in document templates

The ability to include future-dated employee details such as upcoming job titles, appointments, or pay rates in document templates. Currently, only current data can be pulled through, which limits the ability to prepare contracts and documents in advance for scenarios like rejoiners or role changes.

Adding support for future-dated fields would make it much easier to generate accurate documents ahead of time and streamline onboarding and internal transitions.
