It would also help restaurants better prepare operationally for guest expectations, enabling teams to deliver more tailored and memorable experiences. As guest personalisation becomes increasingly important in hospitality, native radio-button occasion tracking would modernise the booking flow while providing restaurants with richer, more actionable customer data.
