Whiteboard/weekly planner

I think it would be really hand to have a a "whiteboard" button on the toolbar (next to the 'over run' button) that has a pop up for weekly/monthly notes. I would use it to leave notes/links for upcoming functions in the week and/or month. Currently I used a separate spreadsheet for linking topsheets to our rotas, but it would be really useful to have a planner on the toolbar. Thanks!
