Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Move Table Only

Would it be possible to add this same feature to the desktop version as the app version. Where (in grid)if you select and drag a table to reallocate it and accidentally move the time slot you are given the option to move table only (and keep the time slot). Currently if you inadvertently drag it out of it's time slot, it just gives the option to change the time, so if you hit cancel because you wish to only move the table you have to start the process again. This is fiddly and time consuming in busy services.

Customer Challenge

When people arrive and request a change of table, they are kept waiting longer than necessary whilst that change is made on the system. This is particularly impactful when other guests are also waiting to be seated.

Business Case

It makes managing a busy service more efficient and keeps allocations up to date in real time. It ensures that the guest profiles linked to EPOS are on the correct tables. It minimises table waits, particularly if multiple table moves need to be made to ensure that ll table turns will be made and therefore protects business reputation.
