Improve the minimal display mode with key navigation buttons (back/forth days, close-out) visible on the same page to reduce switching between modes. Also add a daily comments/notes bar for quick internal messages (e.g., 'customer with airborne nut allergy today') visible at-a-glance without navigating to running order.
