Auto-Refresh Diary for Online Bookings

Online bookings should auto-populate in the diary in real-time without requiring manual page refresh. Currently, new bookings don't appear until the user refreshes or performs another action, which is problematic for venues with walk-ins and bar tables where staff need immediate visibility of new reservations.
