Currently, using Task Reports on the Reports page, there's a shortcut available to filter by tasks with comments, or you can use the filter 'Exceptions' followed by comments and any additionally required filter (e.g. date range). Once you have the list of tasks, you can select the title of the task to go to the day on the Complete Tasks page. From there you will be able to add an additional comment if required.
