Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
It would be useful if when assigning tasks you could filter the site list and then use the select all to only include sites filtered, currenlty select all assigns to all site regardless of filter. This way you can include a suffix in site names to make assigning tasks easier.
