Prevent timed tasks (at a particular time slot e.g 17:00 ) from scheduling outside of opening hours

Currently when a task is assigned to a certain specific time slot on the clock it still schedules for those sites who are closed. E.g One site closes at 5pm but a task is timed to multiple locations for 6pm - there is no way to remove this task and always shows. Opening hours should overule any timed task settings to show tasks only within opening hours or open sessions
