Fridge & Freezer Temperatures On Closed Days

In multisite operations, closed days can vary between individual sites, and refrigeration equipment may remain operational and still require temperature monitoring even when a site is recorded as closed.

It would be beneficial to have the option for fridge and freezer temperatures to be recorded and displayed on closed days where monitoring is still taking place. This would provide a more complete due diligence record, improve temperature traceability and ensure that monitoring data is accurately captured regardless of the site's operational status.

This would also be particularly useful for audits and EHO inspections, as it would provide a clear and continuous record of temperature monitoring where appropriate, rather than creating gaps in the due diligence reporting simply because the system has marked the site as closed.
