Re-set End Test option within buck actions

When resetting courses within Bulk Actions, the only option available is to reset the whole course, but being able to reset just the end test will ensure course history continuity.

    We have looked into supporting this in a few different ways but providing consistency across different course standards is not possible (e.g. CPL Learning, SCORM, xAPI and future developments).

    At present, the only option to guarantee consistency is a full reset of a course.

    We are exploring options within our own content to provide learners with options to move towards end assessments more quickly if we have assessed their prior learning to be of a standard that would make it likely for them to pass.
