We need the ability to hid courses from that list that operators see, irrespective of if it’s in our order or not, so that it can’t be allocated but is still visible on profiles that have completed it. Issue we have at the moment is if we want to stop the course from being allocated we have to remove it from our order but that subsequently removes the course from the user profile.
A great example is the First Aid course;
Newest course being auto allocated 3179 but old versions of the course are still available for operator/business managers to allocate Id's 1108 & 641, meaning that some people have 3/4 versions of the same course and are often just completing the first one they come to with no distinction to them via course name if it's an old version or the newest one.
This issue only really became apparent when trying to build a new journey for our pub partners team members, and we're having to put c50 courses into a section as user could have any one from a set of versions.
