The ability to edit Discover items media item.

At the moment if I want to edit a PDF that sits behind a discover publication, I can't. I have to deactivate it and then upload a new version of it.


Essentially being able to edit the "media" section, the same as what we can already do with Bookshelf, where we upload a "revised" version.

    Great news — this idea has been implemented! 🎉

    Managers can now edit published items in Discover directly, without needing to deactivate and recreate them.

    The Edit option is available via the kebab menu (⋮) on any item you own (on Management ->Content->Discover).

    From there, you can update the title, description, tags, publish date, expiry date — and replace the existing media or link, similar to the "Upload Revision" functionality already available in Bookshelf.

    This is available only in the new version of CPL Learning.
