My Team Appraisals - which appraisals

Currently as a manage on my team for appraisals you see a list of employees and a number of how many appraisals they have allocated and awaiting manager. What would be helpful is on the my team page it told you which appraisals without having to click into each individual user. Or on the my team page if there was a drop down option to select an appraisal (i.e probation review) then the list of employees would repopulate based on who has that appraisal allocated currently.
