A feature which allows venue groups to stop anyone attaching their events to their venue page

The ability to stop a Collins venue being able to be selected during the event set up unless the user has the specific access to do so.

This will mean that events the venue does not want associated with their page will no longer appear and will save time contacting account manager to remove.
