Add discount code at event brand level

I have a lot of event listings so it would save a lot of time if I could add a discount code at the event brand level rather than having to set up the code on each event individually. I should be able to confirm which event and ticket types the code should be applied to in case there's a one-off event the code shouldn't work against.
