I've had an idea for a way to simplify the ways administrators view and manage their course allocations. Typically, we will create an excel matrix of their allocation. Rows would be the course names including IDs, columns would be the user groups.
We have the ability to view and manage course allocation through the admin tool, and also the bulk actions function to tidy up course allocation rules. The idea of a smart allocation form would be a new piece of functionality which automatically populates a table of courses which a customer has on their order, along with the user group names. The contents of the table is 'ticked' or highlighted someway to show there is an allocation rule.
Administrators would be able to download this based on whatever allocation is set up to quickly view. The idea is that you could also amend this form by deselecting/selecting rules which would then trigger a reprocess of the allocation rules.
