Are we able to create a functionality similar to that of a 'splash' survey relating to library items. The idea being that is a video is hosted on the library, a learner would see this first thing when logging into the platform. Is it possible to have configuration such as the video/resource much be watched before it disappears, and the ability to make it a 'one time' watch which doesn't repeat each time a learner logs into the platform.
