2 step Server log in

Staff ID's on the tills have very poor security, anyone can see the entry of the codes. I would suggest a two step entry, on the start of the shift, the server enters a long code making their ID active for the day. A till button should be auto created on the fast screen showing their name. Then to log in, they press their name and enter a second level smaller code for each sale. If they are not on duty, their name should not be on the screen.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the security of staff IDs on the tills. We understand your concerns about the visibility of entry codes and appreciate your suggestion for a two-step entry process.

I wanted to let you know that we already offer a biometric scanning option as an additional level of security. This feature allows staff members to log in using fingerprint, which significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. With biometric scanning, there is no need to enter visible codes, enhancing the overall security of the system.

If you have any questions about setting up or using the biometric scanning feature, please let us know. We are committed to ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

    Best regards,
