We have a single large kitchen for multiple venues/outlets. Therefore, there is a constant stream of tickets landing in the kitchen.

While the separate areas within the kitchen can all cope with their tickets of individual items, the kitchen pass struggles to fit all tickets on the screen, and the head chef will be constantly scrolling back and forth, which would ultimately lead to missed tickets.
